• Terroir: Steep, terraced slopes of schist and granite near the sea, with strong Tramontane wind
• Viticulture: Organic, no copper
• Vinification: 100% whole cluster, indigenous yeasts, no added sulfur, 1 month maceration, no pumping. 6 months' aging in tank and barrel (500L, 350L, 228L).
