Bourgogne Blanc

  • 2 parcels
    • 0.60 hectares in Meursault lieu-dit “Les Grandes Coutures”
    • 1.20 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet lieu-dit “Les Femelottes”
  • Average vine age - 20-50 years
  • Whole cluster pressed; Cold settling of the must; racked into barrels (no new oak) and bottled after 12 months. Little to no battonage. Light fining & filtering.

 

Meursault

  • 0.30 hectares
  • Average vine age - 15 years
  • Whole cluster pressed; must is cold settled then racked into barrels (1/3 new oak). Little to no battonage. Light fining and filtering. Bottled after 18 months.

 

Meursault Narvaux

  • 0.50 hectares
  • one parcel - 25 years old, one parcel - 50 years old
  • Whole cluster pressed; must is cold settled and racked into barrels (1/3 new oak); Little to no battonage. Light fining and filtering. Bottled after 18 months.

 

Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Gain

  • 0.25 hectares located near the top of the hillside, very pebbly
  • Average vine age - 40+ years
  • Whole cluster pressed. Cold settling of the must, which is then racked into barrels (1/4 new oak). Little to no battonage. Light fining/filtering. Bottled after 18 months.

 

Volnay

  • 0.75 hectares
  • In the village-level lieu-dit of “Les Lurets”, a cool site

 

Volnay 1er Cru Les Lurets

  • 0.33 hectares
  • The vineyard is on the south side of the village, just below Caillerets
