Montagny 1er Cru Les Coeres
The 4 hectare terroir of Les Coères is made up of mostly old vines with an average of 60 years old. It is considered one of the best parcels within the appellation of Montagny. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in demi-muids (500 liters) and traditional Burgundian barrels. The wine is aged on its fine lees for 8 to 10 months before being bottled.
