Chignin Bergeron Le Grand Blanc
100% Roussane from a two hectare parcel of 40 year old vines planted in clay-limestone and stony soils. The wine is whole cluster pressed, and fermentation kicks off naturally without any SO2. The wine goes fully through malolactic fermentation. It is fermented in vats on its own lees and without any battonage. 10% of the blend is aged in barrels, will the rest is aged in vats.
Arbin La Belle Romaine
100% Mondeuse from a seven hectare parcel of over 50 year old vines planted in the village of Arbin, considered to be one of the best sites for Mondeuse. The soils are glacial moraine covered with clay-limestone. The wine sees a maceration of around ten days and is fermented partially whole cluster with natural yeast in stainless steel.
