Premier Cru L`Ouverture NV
" L'Ouverture" is 100% Pinot Noir and Savart's entry level Champagne. 85% of the juice comes from the first pressing which they call the "cuvee" while the rest comes from the second pressing, also known as the "first cut". Maturation occurs in stainless-steel vats on thin lees. Malolactic fermentation is allowed and the dosage is 9g/L.
Premier Cru L`Accomplie NV
"L'Accomplie" is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. 100% of the juice comes from the first press, with the base wine coming from the current vintage, to which reserve wine from two previous years is added. 50% of the wine is then aged in stainless-steel vats on thin lees while the other half is aged in oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation is allowed and the dosage is 7g/L.
Premier Cru L`Annee
Savart's "L'Annee" is 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay and composed of entirely the current vintage's first press. It is aged entirely in oak barrels on thin lees and malolactic fermentation is stopped. Bottling occurs with no fining or filtering and the dosage is 6g/L.
Premier Cru Dame de Coeur
The "Dame de Coeur" is entirely Chardonnay from a single vintage's first press. The wine is aged in oak barrels on thin lees and malolactic fermentation is stopped. Bottling occurs with no fining or filtering and the dosage is 2g/L. For Frederic Savart, the "Dame de Coeur" translates the fairest expression of Chardonnay from its year. Average yearly production is 1,300 bottles.
Premier Cru Bulle de Rose NV

Savart's "Expression" is Fred's most limited wine with only 400 bottles produced. It is made from 100% old vine Pinot Noir in 300L casks from a single vintage with no dosage.
