Ode Montepulciano d`Abruzzo

Ode is 100% Montepulciano made from young but organically farmed vines. The wine is aged in stainless steel, then bottled without filtration. 

Francesca Di Nisio's vision for her vineyard and olive oil groves is seen nowhere clearer than in her Montepulciano - it is pure and unadulterated juice. Far from your usual Montepulicano d'Abruzzos and a welcome break!

Pecorino Colori

The Percorino comes from two areas: Bucchianico (clay soils) and Navelli (clay-calcareous soil), at the foot of Gran Sasso mountain range. Bucchianico is a beautiful and characteristic small town 30 minutes from the Majella mountains and 25 minutes from the sea. The two terroirs complement each other well, Bucchianico contributing structure while Navelli, freshness and minerality. Fermentation is in steel tanks, where it is then left on its fine lees for 2 months before being bottled.

Cerasuolo Gaia

100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo from a vineyard located on the mid-slopes of the Chieti hillsides, just 15km from the Adriatic coast and 10km from the Majella mountains. The soil is primarily silty clay. As always, the fruit was hand harvested and destemmed. The Cerasuolo gets its color from being left on the skins for 8-10 hours before it is pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
