100% Casavecchia macerated for seven days in stainless steel and aged for six months in barrel and twelve months in steel.

Pallagrelo Bianco

100% Pallagrello Bianco, the wine is named "Lancella" after the Italian word for the enameled earthenware jug used to serve wine from barrel. It is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel.

Alabranno

100% Fiano, the wine is named "Alabranno" after the Italian word for dawn. It is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel.
