Olmiolo Dolcetto d`Alba
Prior to Nebbiolo’s relatively recent and rapid rise to prominence, Dolcetto was counted among the most prestigious grape varieties in Piedmont. Grapes for this wine are harvested from 30+ year-old vines. Fermentation and aging is done entirely in stainless steel vats.
Calcabrume Nebbiolo d`Alba
Calacbrume is made from 25 parcels to the right and to the left of the river Tanaro. The production area is close to that of Barolo and Barbaresco.
“Vignesparse” translates to “Scattered Vines.” The parcels that go into this wine are in Neive, Barbaresco, Treiso, and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio - hence “vignesparse.” It is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels.
“Currà” comes exclusively from vineyards located in the Neive cru Currà. It is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels.
